Guidelines For Submitting News Releases For The Web Site

Remember that we get more material than we have space.

Be timely:
We will generally not use anything that has already been printed in our magazine or other magazines. We want immediate/breaking news.

Be newsworthy:
Will it help someone improve their business, allow them to make more money or is it important to their business?

Submit simple text in a format we can deal with:
We prefer the text in Microsoft Word format or.txt (text only) files and formatted the way you want it to look.

• The text can be sent e-mail to ehuber@wiesnermedia.com
• One photo (PDF) can be sent e-mail to ehuber@wiesnermedia.com
• The text and photo can be put on a PC diskette and sent by mail
• We want plain text files without centering, graphics etc.
• We will accept the printed news release, but keep it short and send a separate photo

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EDIT THE MATERIAL TO FIT THE SPACE

If your material is selected, it will be on our site for approximately a 30-day period. We select the material the first week of each month.
